Quality Craftsmanship
General
Bill Bennett has spent years building high quality custom homes. His attention to detail and refusal to deliver an inferior product have built him a reputation as a first-class builder. Unlike many home builders who's primary objective is to build a multitude of houses, Bill Bennett's sole focus is to build homes that will retain their beauty and value through the years. The following paragraphs highlight just a few of the things Bill Bennett Homes will do in order to ensure your home is built to the highest standards.
The Foundation
A stable foundation is critical to the structural stability of any home. Because of it's extreme importance, Bill Bennett Homes goes beyond what is required to ensure that every home is given a strong base. The first step in designing a superior foundation is the completion of a geotechnical report for the exact location of the home. Upon completion of the report, Bill Bennett Homes has the foundation engineered for the unique requirements of the specific home on a particular plot of land. In addition, Bill Bennett Homes requests that all foundation designs include piers, as well as 3,500 PSI concrete instead of the usual 3,000 PSI concrete.
Framing And Roofing
The employees of Bill Bennett Homes go to great lengths to insure that only high quality timber is used in the construction of your home. Whenever it is feasible, plywood is used instead of inferior wafer board. Each of the studs in the walls will be inspected to ensure that they are straight. Having straight studs within every wall ensures that joints in sheetrock will fit tightly and tile work will adhere securely to each wall.
Cleanliness
Bill Bennett Homes will regularly schedule cleaning of your lot during the construction of your home. This is done not only as a courtesy to your neighbors, but also to ensure that, upon completion of your home, your new yard will not be littered with buried trash. In addition to cleaning the outside of your home, Bill Bennett will also work to keep the inside of your home clean. This will allow you to better visualize what the final state of each room will look like thus helping you to make good decisions about what interior features you would like to include or exclude. Keeping the inside of your house clean during the construction phase will also help reduce the amount of dust that will accumulate in your brand new home.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Before you move into your home, an employee of Bill Bennett Homes will personally walk through the entirety of you new home to look for even the minutest of imperfections. Any imperfections, even as small as a squeaky door, will be addressed so that you can be 100% satisfied with the quality of your new home.© Bill Bennett Homes Inc.
